Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

By using Channel2Podcast ("the service"), you agree to these terms. The service is operated by John Susek.

The Service

Channel2Podcast converts publicly available YouTube channels into podcast-compatible RSS feeds. You subscribe to a plan, add YouTube channels, and receive a private feed URL to use in any podcast app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to access content in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Share, resell, or publicly distribute your private feed URLs.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and Billing

The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are listed in USD and may change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, feed delays, or content unavailability caused by third parties (including YouTube).

Content and Intellectual Property

We do not host, store, or claim ownership of any YouTube content. We generate feeds that link to content hosted by YouTube. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable copyright law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel2Podcast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
